  3. Using an electric mixer OR a whisk, beat Egg Whites until soft peaks form. Add 1/3 of Sugar gradually, and whisk until firm peaks form.
  4. Add 2/3 of Sugar to Egg Yolks and beat until creamy. Add melted Butter and mix well, add Flour and Vanilla, and mix well, then add Milk and mix well.
  5. Gradually add Egg Whites, not all of it at once, and gently combine using a spatula. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin, and bake for 50 minutes OR until cooked through. The cake would be wobbly when cooked.
  6. Cool in the tin, then carefully transfer to a serving plate. This cake tastes better when cold. *Note: I dusted the Cake with Icing Sugar.
